Skybound Locks In Two NYCC 2026 Panels Teasing an All-New Comics Slate

Skybound Entertainment has set its New York Comic Con 2026 schedule, running two panels across the October 8-11 show that promise a look at what's next for the publisher. The headliner is "Vision for the Future" on Friday, October 9 (4:00-4:45 p.m., Javits Center North, Room 406.3), where Skybound says it will premiere an all-new slate of comics with creators Stephen Graham Jones, Leandro Fernández, Tate Brombal, Matt Emmons, and Doug Mahnke on hand - though the publisher is keeping the actual titles under wraps until showtime.

A second panel the next day turns the spotlight on the Energon Universe: Robert Kirkman, Dan Watters, Tom Reilly, Jason Howard, and Conor Hughes gather Saturday, October 10 (11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., Javits Center North, Room 406.2) to talk about where Transformers, G.I. Joe, Void Rivals, and M.A.S.K. go from here. Skybound is rounding out the weekend with a Friday night creator signing at Midtown Comics Times Square that will include copies of the upcoming G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero / Tomb Raider crossover miniseries.

With no titles confirmed ahead of the con, Skybound is clearly banking on NYCC to make its own announcements land - a bet that both its original slate and the increasingly crowded Energon Universe have enough momentum to fill a room on buzz alone.
