Sabrina the Teenage Witch Crosses Paths With Vampirella This December
Two very different supernatural icons are sharing a page. Dynamite Entertainment and Archie Comics have teamed up for Sabrina the Teenage Witch X Vampirella, a one-shot crossover hitting shelves in December written by Tini Howard in her Dynamite debut, with art from the father-son duo of Bill and Ben Galvan.
The setup leans into the culture clash: Sabrina just wants a normal beach vacation while house-sitting, but Vampirella shows up sensing that a teenage witch might be exactly the ally she needs for a bigger threat on the horizon. Howard has described the pitch as mixing "her dark powers with the look of a classic Archie beach party," which tracks with the found-family, horror-comedy tone both characters have leaned into in recent years.
Covers for the one-shot come from a stacked lineup including Eric Powell, Francesco Francavilla, Sebastián Píriz, Mike Rooth, and the Galvans themselves. Dynamite is pairing the release with The Vampirella Helliday Special by Erik Burnham and artist Wagner Reis, a Barcelona-set holiday story also landing in December, making it a busy month for Vampirella fans regardless of which crossover they pick up first.
