Keenspot Comics' resident monster hunters are trading haunted graveyards for public transit. Mark Spears' Graveyard Shift #2 hits shelves December 2, sending the horror series underground into a subway car where a chainsaw-wielding maniac and a full-grown werewolf corner the team at the same time.

Spears writes, draws, and covers the book himself, continuing the fully painted horror style he built his Mark Spears Monsters line around. The December solicit teases a bigger mystery underneath the monster-of-the-week structure, hinting that the Graveyard Shift crew is about to learn they aren't the only things in this city that refuse to stay dead.

It's a quiet but solid addition to Keenspot's December lineup, and another sign the publisher is leaning into creator-owned horror as a real pillar of its catalog rather than a one-off. Issue #2 ships December 2 at $5.99.
